Revenue Sharing

Welcome to Film For Good Productions. We are strategically building our company in two phases to maximize flexibility, minimize costs, and position ourselves for long-term success. In the first one year, we will operate a Wyoming LLC as a personal holding company. This is the most beneficial structure for our specific goals because it provides:

  1. Asset protection for our intellectual property and other key assets.

  2. Flexibility for equity distribution and global scalability when transitioning to a Dutch STAK.

  3. Tax efficiency with minimal compliance costs and the ability to defer income.

  4. Simplicity and privacy with no restrictions on ownership or operations.

By choosing this structure, we can focus on building our team and developing our AI Virtual Production feature film without excessive costs or legal complications, while safeguarding our project's future.

We can achieve key milestones without the burden of excessive compliance or high costs. This structure offers simplicity, privacy, and the flexibility to tailor profit-sharing and governance to our vision.

Once our foundation is strong, we will transition into a Dutch STAK (Stichting Administratiekantoor) foundation, a respected European structure that will allow us to protect our intellectual property, separate ownership from control, and distribute equity in a structured and milestone-driven way. The STAK will also position us to access prestigious European grants, film production incentives, and global partnerships, ensuring that our work is not just innovative but also internationally credible. Together, we are creating something groundbreaking with a plan that empowers everyone involved while safeguarding the future of our project.

Our vision is to create a structure that rewards everyone involved in the project fairly and transparently, ensuring that the gross profit revenue—after covering production costs—is distributed equitably through the Dutch STAK foundation.

How: The STAK will hold and manage the ownership of the company’s assets, such as intellectual property and film rights, and issue certificates of ownership to team members and advisors. These certificates will entitle you to your share of the gross profits and equity as milestones are achieved.

When: After the first year of pre-production and development, the STAK will be fully established, enabling revenue sharing and equity distribution as the project moves into its profitable phase.

Why: This structure is designed to separate ownership from control, ensuring fair distribution while protecting the long-term sustainability of the project.

Where: The STAK will be based in the Netherlands, leveraging its internationally respected framework, access to European grants, and strong legal protections for creative works.

What: The STAK will distribute profits fairly to all certificate holders—this includes our core team and advisory board—based on milestones and contributions.

Who: Every team member and advisor who has contributed to this project will be included, ensuring that your hard work, talent, and commitment are recognized and rewarded. This structure isn’t just about financial rewards; it’s about creating a legacy that values everyone’s role in building something groundbreaking and enduring.
